What type of sites are best for link selling?

If you have a site that has a nice pagerank, has been around for 3 or more years and ranks well for several keywords your website is an ideal prospect to sell links. Of course, the higher your pagerank the more you can charge for your links. Sadly, buyers base 90% of what they are willing to pay on pagerank – but give me a nice HTML PR5 contextual text link rather than a oversold PR9 footer text link anyday.

Many sites are strong authority sites in their niche, but really don’t field enough impressions to make decent money with traditional banner ads or JavaScript contextual ads. However, these same sites can make several thousand dollars a year selling links.

I have worked with webmasters that were making nothing off of their websites, and have taken them to $4K -$10K per month in less than a year. I laugh when I see a post on one of the SEO forums where someone brags that the finally hit $20 a month with adsense and there next milestone is $50 per month. I guess this is fine if your a teenager and need mall money, but if you want car money, at least think about selling paid link advertising.

How to Sell Links

First you need to decide on where you want to put the links and on what pages. Rule number one -don’t be lazy, rule number two – don’t get greedy. I have seen way too many great sites that could guarentee a nice stream of income if they just spent a bit of time integrating their paid links into their website nicely. Instead they get lazy and throw the links in the footer or side bar of their site. Whatever you do, make it look good, when selling links, customer retention plays a big part in how much you can make per month. Make sure your advertisers are happy.

Then when links start selling, many sellers don’t know when to stop. Before you know it they are selling 20 links on a page, have unhappy customers, their Pagerank drops at the next Google update, and their link sales revenue pluments.

If you can’t do HTML contextual text link ads for your customers, at least figure out a way to place 5 links on each of your pages in a way that blends in with your site. In other words, they links should not scream PAID LINKS.

The advatage of this strategy is numerous. You will be able to get more per link, your customer retention will be higher, and chances of a Pagerank drop due to too many outbound links is slim.

Keep this in mind, if you are selling links to related websites, there should be a way to work their keyword text into the content of your existing pages. If you can figure out how to do this, you’re sure to have a long term happy customer and your chances of being labled as a link seller are very slim.

Just after my exams spent almost 4 hours doing a new professional template for you guys. The new template i am about to provide was used alone by me. So got the copy of it and made a lots of adjustments for further SEO optimization.

Note: Remove your blog description before installing this template. If you don't remove it the blog header will look bad, therefore make sure you remove the description of the blog.

1. I have added my blog header picture here so replace your blog header pic with the picture "Addicted Online". Search for this URL and replace it with your blog pic.

2. Your Adsense or top banner ads here. For some reason the text is shown below the pic but once your add your ad code you should see it on right free space.

3. This automatically fetches the post title and the URL and allows your readers to link to your page if you got some quality content and also your homepage.

4. Here it generates similar article of your blog posts (Internal Linking) but does not show anything in the example as i have only one article to that category.

5. Remember to change your feed URL and hope that you know how to change the form subscription within to your feed URL. Check "FEED URL".

6. Place your widgets here but i tried so many times to change the font color to white but i am missing something somewhere. Figure it out and change it if your good at it or else add a graphical widget for it..

How can i confirm this is optimized?

Title: If your blog title is "Top SEO Training" and if your add a post as "How to SEO" the title for the post will be as "Top SEO Training How to SEO" by default in Blogger. Which is not good SEO, so what i have done is to have your post title alone instead of "blog title + blog page name". Your post title now is "How to SEO", which is therefore 100%
Body: You would have seen i have just scattered the keyword therefore it shows 5.2%, which in avg it is said for better SEO you should have 2% - 7%.
H1/H2/H3: I guess you know the weight Header tags carries and as i have added the Header tags at the top, middle and the bottom it's 60%
Links: Linking within is good SEO and the link is placed on the post title.
Bold: I have bolded the keyword in my article that is why it shows as 33%, but i have only bolded it once in Comment section, See PIC
Meta Tags: N/A and 0%. The reason is blogger does not have the option to have keywords to individual post. I gave my best try but could not go ahead of it

Recently i was very annoyed of getting very few traffic to my blog. Well the reason was because my blog was pretty much new and yep patience is required in that case. This is the first game in the McRae series since his death in 2007. It was announced on 19 November 2008 and features the late Colin McRae as well as Ken Block and Travis Pastrana. The game features many new race-events, including stadium events. Along with the player, a mobile home car travels from one event to another, and serves as 'headquarters' for the player. It features a roster of contemporary off-road events, taking players to diverse and challenging real-world environments. The game takes place over four continents: Asia, Europe, Africa and North America. The game includes five different event types: rally, rally cross, trailblazer, land rush and raid. This World Tour sees players competing in multi-car and solo races at new locations, from canyon racing and jungle trails to city stadium-based events, and also includes a new multiplayer mode.

EMPIRE: TOTAL WAR

Empire: Total War is a turn-based strategy and real-time tactics computer game developed by The Creative Assembly and published by Sega. The fifth instalment in the Total War series, the game was released in North America on 3 March 2009, and in the rest of world the following day. The game, which focuses on the early modern period of the 18th century, was announced at the Leipzig Games Convention in August 2007.

Empire: Total War received acclaim from reviewers upon release; several critics commended it as one of the foremost strategy titles of recent times. Praise was bestowed upon the extensive strategy breadth, accurate historical challenges and visual effects. The real-time land battles, with a far greater focus on gunpowder weaponry than earlier Total War titles, were thought to be successfully implemented. Criticisms focused on shortcomings with the game's artificial intelligence and on the real-time naval battles, the latter of which were perceived to be difficult to control and co-ordinate. The game was a commercial success, topping sales charts within the week of release.

STARCRAFT 2: WINGS OF LIBERTY

StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty is a military science fiction real-time strategy video game currently under development by Blizzard Entertainment as a sequel to the award-winning 1998 video game StarCraft. The game is being developed for concurrent release on Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X. The release date is based upon the game meeting Blizzard's quality standards; however, parent company Activision Blizzard anticipates Wings of Liberty to be released in the first half of 2010. Initially conceived as a single game, StarCraft II was split during development into three installments: the base game which acquired the subtitle Wings of Liberty, and two expansion packs, Heart of the Swarm and Legacy of the Void. The decision was made to provide more breadth to develop the game's story.

SIMS 3

The Sims 3 is a strategic life simulation video game in The Sims franchise, originally created by Maxis. It was released on DVD for Microsoft Windows and for Macintosh, using cider emulation, on June 2, 2009 in North America, on June 4, 2009 in Australia and on June 5, 2009 in Europe. A collectors edition of the game containing exclusive downloadable content, a plumbob-shaped USB drive and a Hints and Tips guide created by Prima, was also released. An expansion pack titled The Sims 3: World Adventures has also been announced. Versions for PlayStation 3, Wii, and Xbox 360 have been speculated, but have yet to be confirmed.

How to Memorize Anything ?

We all have this problem, how to memorize? Like storing any data to the hard drive in a electronic computer it is the human brain that stores anything that the human choose to store. As we apply the terminus "storing" in information processing system we use the term "memorize" in the way of person. Memorizing in simpleton termini may represent something that your brainpower will recall and is to "learn it by heart".

Auditory Learners

o Sit down in a calm room with appropriate raw light.

o Look for patterns, familiar elements and additional means to break the material into groups of three to four familiar elements and annotate these observations as you go. Don't force any patterns and stop looking before substantial effort is involved for this step.

o Look into and note non rational relationships between the elements and your personal feel. The relationships do not need to be rational, only unforgettable and inspirational.

o Learn the primary objective.

o Read them without the paper.

o Interpret the first and secondary objective.

o Retell them out aloud till you will be able to say them without the paper.

o Read the first object, second, and third objects.

o Read them out loud until you are able to recall them.

o Repeat this action till you can read all the objective without the paper.

o At one time when you are at end of the listing, repeat the listing without interpreting it. Say it aloud 3 times.

o If you cannot do it all three times, start all over again.

o After you think you've memorized it all, take a 10-20 minute interval and set something that you will love for that 20 mins. This could be taking a walk, watching TV, talking on the phone, etc.

o If you are still having trouble, try creating a mnemonic device like a book or rhyme.

Visual Learners

o Sit in a peaceful environment with no distractions whatsoever.

o Color-code your data by what type of information it is. ex If you are doing memorizing history notes, then color code them by dates and people.

o Go through each color coded section, writing and rewriting them down until you can memorize the object.

o Lay a post-it or index card someplace you can see more like your cabinet or your bedroom door. Make certain to read it every time you go past it.

o Frequently write and rewrite the notes.

kinesthetic Learner

o When appropriate, be creative and act out or pretend to be the target, trying to mimic every detail of the target. While this may seem goofy, every time you see the object mimic it or picture your self mimicking the target in your head.

o If you're memorizing a chronological sequence of numbers such as PI, write down the individual lists on every flash card. Then personalize each flash card with drawings. After personalizing, scramble the cards and try to set them in order. Make certain that you get down the order somewhere or you'll never recall what the sequence was.

o When you are reading the notes, don't pressure yourself to memorize all the notes. You could blank out all the notes easily. Along reading it through some times or several will aid and you'll not forget it easily.

Tips on how to memorize?

o When you have problems with motivation it could work for you if you afford yourself a treat whenever you accomplish a target. Have raisins or a biscuit for instance after each memorized paragraph.

o Try not to sit down in the same room to memorize the two things. Your brain tries to subconsciously link what you are memorizing 2 things around you. When you have to recognize it, chances is that these objects won't be around you.
